Wednesday am
Hey everybody. Just a quick update. Andrew is still doing well. His blood pressure has been high, particularly when he is alert, so they are doing a EEG to check for any seizure activity. Of course we are praying that it comes back negative. I will definitely update when I get the results. He also had a routine echo cardiogram this am which I am waiting to hear the results when the cardiologist gets in to read it. Keep the prayers coming. I amaze myself at how easily I go into autopilot & neglect to spend time in prayer. Andrew has done amazing (in my opinion) these first days following surgery & we want to stay on this track, but I know that there is nothing that can come up that the Lord can't handle. Steve & I just love our boy to pieces & really appreciate all the love & prayers you all have been sending up for him. We are truly blessed!

I just had Emma on my lap as we watched the videos of Andrew and looked at the picture of the three of you. She had a few comments I thought I would share with you.
1) "Baby Andrew is cute...I just love him."
2) "Betsy is pretty."
3) "Steve is pretty too and he has funny hair like you do Daddy."
I've never said it but...I think you're pretty too Steve.
We miss you guys and can't wait to see your pretty faces. Tell Andrew we love him.

Happy New Year! That boy of yours sure is amazing. The video was nice to see, and to see him respond to your voice. The prayers are still flowing from the Hanes residence. Once again you guys ROCK! Stay strong. We luv ya.

Nimish and I really loved meeting Andrew yesterday. You three are an amazing family. We will enjoy watching the three of you grow (and get old and gray like us). We have just joined the Andrew Page fan club and signed up for babysitting slots that we all know won't begin until he's 27 because he'll still be in a papoose on his mom or dad's back!
