After Noon Update

Dizzy is doing well. The day nurse said that they are continuing to ween him off of all the stuff in his lines and tubes. His chest tube was taken out and all things are looking good with that. Also the line that was in his Atrium was taken out. His peeing has been keeping up with the requirements and things are ( as expected) progressing slowly, but they are progressing. It may still be at least a week before we can hold him. that stinks. We will keep you up to date. Thanks Christi and Nimish for the lunch, and thanks Brian for the gift. Please keep up the prayers. The last time I tried the video thing- it didn't work. Will try it again today

yayay for progression.. i have been on my knees praying since the day he was born. I know alot of people have and we all know God is on his side!!! progression may seem slow but it is further towards recovery then where he was, even the littlest steps add up to big ones eventually! i love you guys and am praying hard in NC

Hi Betsy and Steve,
Well it is a small world. We went to a get together at a neighbors last night. Of course Andrew came up as he is always on our minds. One of the men there has a cousin with the same disorder. She is in her 30's and doing well. Had to go through the surgeries you spoke about early on. So happy for all of you. I know the outcome will be all you expect and more. The next time I see you Steve - maybe you could bust a rythm for me. That would be too good. Love to all of you.
