Here is another one of Andrew hangin out with Pops... By the way, I just got back from holding him for the first time... got some video of it too, it's long, so it will probably be up in a couple hours... but pretty much one of the top 5 moments in my life.... coming soon... but first, the teaser trailer. They said he should be having a shot at the bottle tomorrow morning at 9am. We are praying that he takes on to that quickly, that way he can be weened of the feeding tube faster and start eating like a normal baby....

So sweet! We are so glad you guys are finally getting a chance to hold him - how great that must feel! We are also wondering what color his beautiful big eyes are (at least for now!) Kalee thinks they are dark like hers...
Betsy and Steve - I can not believe how wonderfully healthy he looks, and what a seriously beautiful little boy. You both have to be so proud. I am continuing to pray for healthy times. Love - Amy
What a cutie! He looks so great. What a difference a week makes! And green is a great color for him. Love you!

Betsy & Steve,
We have been following your postings every day and we have been amazed by the strength of this little boy! Each night after we say prayers with the kids, we come down and look at your blog. Last night I was struck by how alert and smart this little guy looks. The video of him going for that green "pacie" shows him so intent on getting that thing into his mouth!! What a determined kid!
Here's a verse I read last night has meant a lot to me and that really fits for all three of you:
"For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope." (Jeremiah 29:11).
We are so glad that Andrew is getting better and better. Know that we love all of you, and that not a day goes by that you are not in our thoughts and prayers!
Love, Jennifer
