belly trouble again

Well Andrew is having trouble with his belly again. He started throwing up last night - like really throwing up, not spit up or reflux. Right now they are planning on doing an upper g-i with small bowel follow through this afternoon at 1:30. It seems like at his point he has a bowel obstruction, but the study will show for sure. The g-i doctor said it could either be that the bowels got malrotated (flipped) which they would need to operate on, or scar tissue from the last surgery is getting in the way which could possible resolve itself in a few days. I'm hoping for the second! Andrew is resting well right now, but he had a long night - it took 11 trys to get an i v in to start fluids (they are holding his feeds for now). The dilation that was scheduled for this morning was also put off, more so because another cardiac baby took priority, but I think they would have needed to put it off anyway. Please keep our sweet Andrew's belly in your prayers today. Thank you so much in advance. We're confident that the Lord has everything under control & hoping for the day when life is much less eventful.
