thursday (1wk & 2 days home : )
Well, we've decided that being home with Andrew is the BEST! He is doing well. Still sleeping through the night. He & I had a blast today for his work out. We practiced rolling from his back to either side, tried out the jumparoo (which he could actually get to bounce a bit, though he was pretty small for it still), and had some good tummy time (which we discovered works best on Mommy's tummy - very fun!). We've enjoyed visits from family & friends. Aunt Stacie got a good one today - Andrew was awake the whole time. Doctors appointments aren't too bad, if they're not very long. I think we are all getting pretty adjusted. I want to say thank you again to everyone who has supported us with prayers, finances, & encouragement. The Lord has provided for our every need through all of you & that's amazing because this isn't a small thing. We just can't say thank you enough.

I must say, I think it's best he's home now, as well! I can't describe how wonderful it is to hang out and hold Andrew, awake and playing, or asleep and dreaming. Just being in his presents is a wonderful gift that is made even more potent with my mom's passing. I truly believe she wanted to know he was home and safe.
