Sunday Night

We are up here in Dizzy's room hanging out. His peeing has kind of plateaued, so they are thinking that he probably won't get the chest closed tomorrow, maybe tomorrow night, it's still touch and go. His vitals are doing good though all around. The paralytic has mostly wore off so he opened his eyes and has been staring at us for a while. That just made our weekend. We haven't seen him move since Friday morning. Bess is telling him what his room looks like, I guess just to prepare him for the whole zoo theme. It could be shocking for someone whose never seen the jungle. Man, we are just so in love with this boy. I've been reading through the comments and have published all of them so far. You guys are great and so supportive. I really need to get some of these video clips on here, I just got my software to edit them down to size so I will do my best to get them on tomorrow. I will definately let you guys know if, by some miracle (we're learning to live on those), they can close him up tomorrow...Thanks for all the prayers, will talk to you all later

Thank you Steve for keeping us up to date with the blogs. I check it at last 4 times a day! I love you guys! Make sure that you give Andrew a kiss and tell him that his FAVORITE AUNT loves him and can't wait to hold him again!(since I was the first aunt to hold him :) Love you all

Betsy and Steve - I hope you all have a good day and Andrew continues on the best path. I sure hope to get up there this week, but Thomas is sick with a 102temp with the flu and I certainly can bring no germs there. I was listening to Greg Long and the verse in the song is "so when I have a cross to bear, I realize that you have been there...." I guess for God's own plan this is your cross to bear and I know the outcome will only be more Faith and Praise for Jesus Christ, because Andrew is strong and precious and God has given him strong, loving, wonderful parents to go through this life with. I am off to work and I will continue to pray and receive healing on your good boy. Love - Amy
