Tuesday

Well, Andrew is still holding pretty steady with temps staying below 101 for the past few days. Mommy would like more in the 98 - 99 range, but we are happy it's not spiking really high like before. He is definitely working on those choppers as you can see in the video. Okay, I hesitate to even mention it & don't say anything to Dizzy, but we are going to try to go home this friday. We have to take 4 more weeks of iv antibiotics, which means spending good quality time with a home health nurse, but we are really hoping the 3rd time's a charm for d/c planning. He just has to keep his temperature down in the range it's been in the past few days.

Also, we have another prayers request. My good friend Jennifer's grandmother, Kathy, is in the hospital (I think the ICU). I believe she had a cerebral hemorrhage (correct me if I'm wrong Jenn). Jennifer said she's doing okay this afternoon, but I know those things are really scary for family. Thanks guys, we really do have the best support system.

Andrew, you just look fabulous! I am sooooooo excited to get to see you up close and personal! I bet you have just grown since the last time I saw you! (the videos are nice, but don't compare to seeing you "for real", as Kalee would put it!)

Love you so much, sweet boy!

Dear Andrew, I'm going to send my happy birthday salutations to you today! HAPPY 5 MONTH BIRTHDAY!!! (Friday, the 23rd) Your video is fresh! Love your leg kicking routine and the fancy fist work you've got going on. Those thighs look edible...I bet mommy munches on them occasionally! Daddy?...well...I'm not sure he gets his face that close to your diaper, just in case you do a "blow-out" performance like you did a couple weeks ago outside. Lol! Proud of that, grandson!! Of course I know you can't read, but I trust mommy and daddy read to you. and that they will read this...declare this to God, on your behalf, as I have. "YOU ARE MY HOPE, O LORD GOD; YOU ARE MY TRUST FROM MY YOUTH. BY YOU I HAVE BEEN UPHELD FROM BIRTH; YOU ARE HE WHO TOOK ME OUT OF MY MOTHER'S WOMB. MY PRAISE SHALL BE CONTINUALLY OF YOU. I HAVE BECOME AS A WONDER TO MANY, BUT YOU ARE MY STRONG REFUGE." Psalm 71:5-7. I thank God, along with so many others, for you and trust for your recovery and your homecoming. Lots and Lots of hugs and kisses!!! I Love You! Grammie T
