Baby cousin?

Well, Andrew is very excited at the prospect of having a new baby cousin. His Aunt Katie & Uncle Landon just found out yesterday that they should expect a baby next week! (It makes more sense if you know they are adopting.) We are praying for a smooth delivery (C section) & smooth transition. See how Andrew just beams with pride?

Andrew is getting more & more steady on his feet. He prefers to cruise the furniture, but still craws when he needs to go fast or get further than the end of the couch. He is doing great. Today we went to the pulmonary clinic for synagis shots & he weighed in at just about 22 lbs. Whoo-hoo. 78 cm long.

Little Stinker

Well, Andrew had another eventful weekend the end of which we went over to Emma's Miracle Golf Invitational reception (because Andrew & I don't know how to play golf : ). Andrew was uncharacteristically grumpy (probably due to the fact that he nap time for the entire weekend totaled only 1 hour). Emma on the other hand was a beautiful princess, as you can see. The good news is Andrew has taken 3.5 hours of naps today alone, so he should be his typical hammy self for the next 'party'.

Awesome weekend!

Andrew had the BEST weekend. It began with a day at Machie's on friday while mommy went to work. Anna, Mikala, Mia & Emma were there so he had plenty of little girls to play with, not to mention Machie AND Papa. And when parents came to retrieve girls he enjoyed checking out the bubbles in the fish tank with Aunt Gina & got to snuggle his Uncle Tommy.

Then Saturday he went to the park for the 1st time for his cousin, Sierra's 2nd birthday party. She got a power wheels, which Andrew took for a spin - SO CUTE! I'll try to get the video off my phone to post.

Then Sunday we got up early for sunrise service on the river. He was so good & just like his Mama he found the nearest elderly person to befriend. We went to Aunt Sue's for a little bit to visit & Savannah entertained him to no end. And finally we went to Machie's where there was an endless supply of family to goof off with.

He slept 13 hours straight through the night : )

Well, Daddy needed a new video to watch while he was at work, so here's a good one of the two of them jammin' out. My favorite guys!

Andrew is just an adorable little goofball (says I). He loves when the intro music to ANY show comes on. The reaction is consistent. Aunt Sue even says she will play the intro to Backyardigans over and over to keep him calm when a feed is almost over & cranky nap time is just begining. So, for your viewing pleasure, I captured the experience this morning with The Office intro.
